Absolutely! Since all our Mix & Match chains and pendants are interchangeable, you can mix a pendant from one set with a pendant from another. Whether you want to swap chains or wear three different charms on one necklace, everything works together seamlessly.

We use high-quality materials designed for everyday wear. Most of our pieces are crafted from 18k Gold Vermeil (a thick layer of 18k solid gold on Sterling Silver) or 316L Stainless Steel with PVD gold plating. This ensures they are hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and tarnish-free.

For our personalized collection, simply enter your desired name, initials, or date in the custom field on the product page. Please note that personalized items are made-to-order and require an extra 3-5 business days for crafting before shipping.

United States:For orders from the United States,Orders received Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will mostly ship within 1-3 business days! Delivery time is 5-10 business days after order placement.

For regions outside the United States: We will process your order within 1-3 business days, and it will take 7-14 business days to deliver after the order is shipped.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For security reasons, first-time orders and orders shipped to other addresses may be delayed for verification. We reserve the right to ship in installments, but you will still need to pay the remaining balance.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
You will receive your refund within 3 days of the return being processed.

We only accept returns for defective items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
